4 INDIAN AIRPORTS FINDS PLACE IN SKYTRAX’S TOP 100 AIRPORT LIST

India just got lucky to have four Indian airports Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Bangalore, in the list of the world’s 100 best airports survey, done by UK-based airport survey consultancy Skytrax. 

The listing of the World’s prime one hundred Airports 2021 has Delhi on range forty five (up to 5 spots from range fifty compared to 2020), Hyderabad at sixty four (up to seven from 71 from the year 2020), Mumbai at 65 (down 13 from 52nd position in 2020) and Bangalore at 71 (down three spots from 68th position in 2020). 

Evidently, the Adani’s who just a few days ago took over Mumbai’s air terminal will have to gear up now so that Mumbai’s positioning up’s in the following year’s survey. 

The main five in Skytrax’s World’s Top 100 Airports 2021 listing are:

• Doha Hamad 

• Tokyo Haneda 

• Singapore Changi 

• Seoul Incheon 

• Tokyo Narita

A statement released by the GMR Group that runs Delhi and Hyderabad air airports said: “Delhi air airport has further developed its general positioning, moving from number 50 out of 2020 to number 45 in the 2021 World’s Top 50 airport competition. This accomplishment makes the Hyderabad Airport the first one to achieve these heights among all the other Indian airports. 

Delhi air terminal CEO Videh Kumar Jaipuriar said: “The genuine applause and victory behind winning this noteworthy accomplishment goes to all the air terminal staff, shareholders & partners working at Delhi Airport, who have shown uniform flexibility, focus, and client dedication.
